character reference
To Whom It May Concern,
I am pleased to provide this character reference for Camar Kyle as he pursues his next professional football opportunity.
Camar’s path reflects persistence and a willingness to grow. He became a three-year starter and three-year captain at Winston-Salem State University, then continued his career with the Danube Dragons in Austria, where he was part of their 2025 championship team. Those experiences speak to his commitment to football and his ability to take on new challenges.
In sharing his goals with Black Diamond, Camar has been clear about the kind of person and teammate he strives to be: hardworking, coachable, adaptable, and dependable. He speaks candidly about setbacks and the need to keep preparing when the next opportunity is uncertain. I value that perspective in a player seeking to build a lasting professional career.
Camar also wants to make a contribution beyond football through youth sports, mentorship, community food drives, and mental health advocacy. I believe he deserves serious consideration from an organization seeking a player committed to growth, preparation, and the responsibilities that come with representing a team.
Sincerely,
